Setting Up an Account in Windows XP

To set up an account in Windows XP with any of these security levels, you must
follow these steps:

Panel, double-click the icon labeled User Accounts
2. Click the Users tab, and then click the Add button.
3. Enter a name for the account, your full name, and an optional description

domain name. If it is not part of a network or is part of a peer-to-peer
network, leave the domain entry blank. Click Next to continue.
4. Enter the password for the account, and then enter it a second time to
confirm it. Click Next to continue.
5. Select the level of access for this account (that is, Administrator,
Standard, or Restricted), and then click Finish.
